I’ve spent years trying different brands and products. What you’ll find here are the pet bird supplies that truly make a difference in caring for finches, parrots, and other small birds. Think of this page as my personal recommendation list, because I only share and recommend what I’ve tried, trusted, and would buy again myself.

Best beginner cage. They stack, and are big enough for a couple of finches to fly back and forth, and are durable.
Prevue Hampton F075
It’s well made, it stacks. The dividers come out to give more length for flying. Buy just the bottom row and the stand, or a 2-pack or more.
PawHut 65″ Rolling Cage
Two cages on one stand. You can detach the body from the base and it gives a total of 64 inches of flying room.
Prevue model F050
Best value: If you are zip-tying two of these together, make sure you are getting the F050 and not the F040. I have 2 that have suffered heavy abuse since 2014 and they’re still going strong.
